  • What is the Jane App and how does it work?
    The Jane App is an easy-to-use, HIPPA compliant, secure online system used to manage appointments, health records, and billing. With Jane, you can book appointments, fill out intake forms, and even pay deposits online—all from the convenience of your phone or computer. It helps ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free while keeping your information private and safe.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book an appointment by: Following the prompts to our electronic health records system (EHR) **Jane App** Filling out our online booking information including Time, and service requested. A 50 dollar deposit is required to secure your appointment. Complete the Intake Forms provided.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently provide services in Greensboro, GA (Lake Oconee) on certain days and Metro Atlanta on others. If you're outside this area, contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.
  • Do you offer same day appointments?
    Unfortunately we do not offer same day appointments unless otherwise specified and coordinated with our doctor.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee or refusal of service. Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • How much does a session cost?
    Our pricing starts at $150 for an adjustment only, with additional services available for an extra fee. We also offer package deals for multiple sessions. Due to the nature of the mobile business our prices reflect travel time and distance. Contact us for detailed pricing information.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    In order to provide the highest quality in manual therapies we do not accept insurance as it may limit the ideal form of care.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash and all credit/debit cards. All deposits have to be made through Jane.
  • Deposits
    A 50 dollar deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of services rendered. Failure to reschedule/cancel your appointment 24 hours prior will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • What should I expect during a session?
    Your session will begin with an assessment to understand your concerns and goals. Based on this, we provide personalized care, including spinal adjustments, soft tissue work, and other techniques to address your needs. Every patient is unique, so their treatment should reflect it.
  • Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
    Please have a clean, flat space available (approximately 6’x8’ if possible). Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and let us know if you have any specific concerns ahead of time.
  • What equipment do you bring?
    We bring everything needed for your care, including a portable chiropractic and massage table (depending on the service requested), necessary tools, and any supplementary items like pillows or supports.
  • Are your practitioners licensed?
    Yes, our chiropractor is fully licensed in both massage therapy (LMT) and chiropractic (DC). He is insured and certified to practice in the State of Georgia.
  • How do you ensure cleanliness and hygiene?
    We sanitize all equipment and adhere to strict hygiene protocols before and after every appointment.
